Degree Requirements:
Masters level with a degree in Social Science or related field. Child welfare experience preferred.Responsibilities Include:
*The supervision of the Research Assistant, including reviewing data analysis and research-related reports
*Responsible for oversight and development of outcomes studies, client surveys, aggregating/collecting data, report writing, and quality improvement related research.
*Facilitation of focus groups to review data also required.
*Must have knowledge in statistics and research design.
*Must have excellent computer skills, which includes knowledge of SPSS and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of Crystal Reports a plus.
*Knowledge of database development a plus.
*Must have ability to work from a strengths-based perspective within a group dynamic of professionals, children, and families.
*Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
*Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills necessary.
