The SARM Program provides organized learning activities for adults and children that help strengthen their academic, physical, self-discipline, and social skills.   

The SARM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Academic Enrichment and REACH mentoring programs including:

•Coordinating the schedules and goals/ plans for each participant
•Developing and leading organized learning activities that strengthen academic, physical, self-discipline, and social skills.
•Recruit and encourage new participant enrollment and continued participant/parent involvement.
•Provide transportation services to participants.
•Establish and maintain partnerships with community based organizations, public agencies, local universities, city agencies, and other collaborators.

Other Information About This Job:
30 hours maximum per week.
English proficiency required; Bilingual preferred. Valid Class B Driver License, clean driving record, and automobile insurance—able to complete requirements for the Fleet Transportation Program. Must pass a criminal background check and physical examination/TB test.
