Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): Education or skills of responsibility equivalent to high school, trade school or GED and at least two years experience in related field. Position requires the use of a valid driver's licence and a MVR acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier. ability to understand and follow safety/security practices. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and directions.
Job Description: The Maintenance Worker II provides non-complex maintenance and janitorial duties at site location. Inspects and service equipment on preventative maintenance program. Through use of trained skills not requiring a license, repairs a variety of equipment, which may include, but is not limited to plumbing, heating appliances,automotive etc.
