The Bronx Fatherhood Program helps young men to accept the responsibility—and enjoy the rewards—of being as involved as possible in their children’s lives.

Job Developer will be responsible for identifying currently enrolled fathers who are ready to participate in training and internsip programs. An additional point of focus will be to ensure clients sustain their involvement in the intership programs once placed. Identifies and develops employment opportunities in NYC for the BFP.
