We have a unique opportunity for a Community Action Program (CAP) Director to join the Pacific Northwest’s premier community health center. Be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing primary health care and social services to our underserved patients and clients.The CAP Director will have the opportunity to prove their grant and contract management and supervisory skills by managing: up to 57 grants and contracts, up to 150 employees and managing a budget of up to $10M. You will also have the opportunity to develop relationships across the organization and across the communities we serve.
Working with school districts, businesses and agencies, Northwest Community Action Center (NCAC) provides a host of programs that address the needs of several communities.
These services include employment and training programs for youths and adults, education to improve parenting skills, mentoring and tutoring programs, plus a variety of case management and referral services.
NCAC also has a rental assistant program, an energy assistance program, a home weatherization program, educational programs to promote energy conservation and a program to help families locate qualified childcare services.

The Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) is the largest community health center in the Pacific Northwest. YVFWC provides comprehensive medical, dental and social services in over 17 Pacific Northwest communities. Our medical and dental services are complemented by behavioral health services, nutrition services, drug and alcohol treatment, an HIV/AIDS clinic, community health services, the Northwest Community Action Center (which provides employment, training, mentoring and other case management and referral services), and a mobile medical and dental unit.
