Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, must have case management experience, a reliable automobile (mileage to be reimbursed), a valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance. Current DMV report must be provided as well as passing a background check.
Job Description: Community Family Guidance Center has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Case Manager for their Intensive Outpatient program. Case Manager would work directly with families primarily field based, completing needs assessments, providing linkage to resources within the community, and providing supportive services such as parenting support, anger management/social skills to families.Must have a flexible attitude,good organization skills, some evenings required.
