DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.        Provide individual, family, and group counseling weekly.
2.        Provide crisis intervention as needed.
3.        Refer participants to other resources when appropriate.
4.        Attend weekly case conferences.
5.        Maintain required records of all counseling sessions.
6.        Communicate with Program Director regarding client progress, issues and any other important information.
7.        Contribute to development and maintenance of staff relations and interdisciplinary teamwork.
8.        Comply with HIPAA requirements privacy and access of records.

1.        Experience working with high-risk youth and families.
2.        Experience counseling victims of family violence.
3.        Experience working with multiethnic/racial communities.
4.        Previous experience working in a community based organization.
