This is a Highly Responsible position within the Company's Management Team, the work requires the use of independent judgment and initiative in carrying out duties and responsibilities; while under the supervision of the Director of Outpatient Treatment Services. Work is largely completed Independently.
The Program Manager is responsible for administering, planning, organizing, and directing multi-components for the programs under his/her direction. The role of the Manager is to ensure that care is safe, effective, person centered, timely, efficient, and equitable in all programs under his/her direction. Duties include Clinical Supervision, budgeting, management of staff and service delivery within the program, liaison to agencies in the community served by the program, compliance with contracts and regulatory authorities and participation in Center wide initiatives’. Position is expected to interface with stakeholders and sometimes required to represent Management Team to the Stakeholders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field. Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist. Provisional licensure is acceptable, if permanent license is obtained within 6 months of employment. Must have two years of experience, preferably with children. Must have experience with Direction of Staff and Management of Program Services.
