This role requires a creative, flexible, and energetic individual to provide intensive, short-term and long-term individual and family treatment along with some group therapy. The position will also provide rapid comprehensive assessments and case management that includes in-home visits, treatment planning, discharge planning and crisis work, collaborate with DCF, schools and other treatment providers.
