Non-profit organization in NYC has an opportunity available for a Director, Adult Outpatient Mental Health Services.Responsibilities:
*Serve as a member of the management team
*Coordinate services, administration, policies & procedures for the program
*Provide managerial & programmatic oversight
*Ensure adherence to policies, procedures & performance requirements by all program staff
*Supervise program management team/social work supervisors
*Maintain & develop inter-organizational networks with other agencies to foster integrated services to clients
*Ensure compliance with applicable governmental & regulatory mandates, as well as program service quality standards
