ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Case Management and Advocacy services with Safe House and Transitional Housing clients.
Answer Domestic Violence Hotline.
Meet weekly or bi-weekly with clients as needed, onsite or offsite, to develop case plans.
Maintain familiarity with community resources and develop relationships with outside social service agencies.
Maintain up-to-date client files and documentation and report monthly statistics on all activities.
Serves as a contributing staff member and supports all agency initiatives.
Participate in community organizations relating to domestic violence.

Experience with computer applications (Word, Excel & Internet).
