Dubnoff Center is a non-profit multi-service agency providing mental health and substance abuse services to at-risk, high-risk, and high-need children and their families in community-based, school-based, group home, and juvenile justice programs.
Position Summary: Licensed Psychologist, MFT or LCSW for Multidisciplinary Assessment Team (MAT) to provide comprehensive assessments for children ages 0 to 5 and older and their families for newly detained DCFS cases. The position also requires maintaining a caseload of preschool and school-aged children.
The successful candidate must be familiar with DMH documentation and UOS billing and maintain positive working relationships with liaisons and administrators at public schools, DCFS and Probation. Position Requirements:
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing comprehensive, multidisciplinary assessment services to foster children/youth and their families.
• Comfortable with team-decision making that encourages the input of the family and other community supports into the decision-making process.
• Ability to perform evaluations, participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings, and provides recommendations to DCFS within the required timeframes.
• Provision of timely written assessments that meet required deadlines
• Comfortable providing field-based services.
