Beautiful Minds Center for Autism is committed to providing a comprehensive child centered and culturally competent therapy program for the treatment and benefit of children with Autism and developmental disabilities. The program is progressive in that it incorporates innovative intensive behavioral and teaching techniques which are validated by current research.

Job Description:

Behavioral Therapist- You will be implementing an in home individual treatment plan, developed for the child by a licensed specialist. Observe and record the child's behaviors in daily progress notes. Attend in-service trainings and consult with supervisor regarding the child's behavioral plan and progress.

Applicants must be availible to work at least 10-20hrs/wk. We only have the following times available: afternoons and evenings (between 2 - 8 PM) and some weekends (in addition to the weekly schedule).

Job Qualifications:

Willing to train high energy, compassionate and patient individuals to be a Behavioral Therapist. Applicants must have reliable car. Driving is a part of this job. Must possess a B.A. degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related field or be in the process of completing your degree. Experience preferred working with children and their families. Individuals with prior experience working with children who have Autism are given preference as well as individuals with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment approaches.

This position is PT - with Afternoon, Evening and Weekend Hours in Highest Demand

Compensation: $13 - 16

Training (initial and on-going training, as well as supervision provided)
